Alba is a cop who has been working under cover on an estate, trying to source information about a potential robbery. She finally hears some vital information and goes to see her contact to report what she has learned. She tells him the robbery is planned for the following night, unaware that he is actually part of the gang of thieves. He leaves the room, pretending that he has some information for her too, but when he comes back, he overpowers her and ties her up. Alba finds herself in a tight hogtie, a bitgag pushed into her mouth to shut her up. Her contact leaves her alone, and she takes the opportunity to work on the ropes holding her in the hogtie. After some time, she manages to release one of the ropes and free her legs. She struggles to her feet and makes for the door, but just before she can open it, her contact discovers what she is doing and grabs her. Alba is taken to the basement where she undergoes a strappado-style tie, compelled to stand bent forward, arms pulled up behind her,  a very uncomfortable position. The bitgag is now replaced by a ball gag, stopping up her mouth and preventing all speech. Alone again, Alba makes attempts to get out of this terrible situation, but she can't reach any of the ropes holding her there. She has no choice but to wait it out, hoping her traitorous contact won't leave her like this for too long. When he does eventually free her, it is because he is about to leave the house for an extended period, and he is compassionate enough to make her a little more comfortable. First though, she must strip down to her bra and panties before being made to stand spreadeagled between two poles. Cleave gagged, Alba watches as the man she trusted leaves to warn his fellow criminals that the police know their plans, knowing that she may be tied up like this for hours, perhaps even days.
