Jasmine is a detective who has been investigating Lee for some time. Lee has finally made a mistake and Jasmine moves in to arrest her. She accuses Lee of stealing from the Tec company where she works, smuggling out data on flash cards. Lee denies this, so Jasmine makes her undress so that she can check Lee's clothes and also frisk her to see if she might be concealing something by attaching it to her skin. Lee objects, but Jasmine warns her that if she does not comply and things go badly for Lee, it will add further charges which will ensure a longer prison sentence. Lee reluctantly agrees and has to put up with Jasmine’s attentions. When the detective inspects Lee's panties, she finds that the girl has managed to hide a data card in them. Lee tries to pretend that it only contains personal photos of an embarrassing nature, hence the need to conceal the card. Jasmine is buying none of this and makes Lee get down on the floor. She has brought some rope with her and uses it to tie Lee's wrists and ankles, then adds more rope to put her captive into a hogtied position. Lee objects, but there is nothing she can do about it at this stage. It now transpires that Jasmine is not on the up and up, that she is a bent cop who is out to make money for herself. Lee tries to negotiate her way out of trouble, but Jasmine only gags her and goes off to have a negotiation of her own, leaving Lee hogtied and helpless until she returns.
