Sarah is in the middle of searching a house for valuables when it's owner catches her. rather than just turn her over to the authorities, he decides to have some fun with her. He ties her up using duct tape, securing her wrists first and then pinning her arms to her sides by wrapping the tape around her waist. He partially unbuttons her blouse and pulls it off the shoulders, cutting it to expose more of her shoulders, then he unhooks her bra and pulls it over her head, leaving her breasts fully exposed. Now he wraps tape above her breasts, chiefly just to make her a little more uncomfortable before sitting her on the floor and taping her ankles and thighs together. Finally, tape is pressed over Sarah's mouth and wrapped around her head, really silencing her. The man decides it might be fun to attach some clamps to her nipples and maybe even introduce some electricity. He goes in search of what he needs, leaving more Sarah tightly trussed up and struggling in dread and anticipation.
