It has been four years since intrepid reporter Candle and her camerawoman Autumn tracked down the notorious Jack the Stripper, a man who had carried out a spate of home invasions where women have been forced to strip before he leaves them tied up, stark naked. After he captured them, stripped them and zip tied them in the back of his vehicle, the girls barely managed to escape with their lives. After that, Jack vanished. Recently returning to his old haunts, reporter Nikki Brooks has found him and confronted him. She is so confident that this man would not be foolish enough to try anything, but she is so very wrong. She too is forced to strip, and her wrists and ankles are secured with plastic cuffs. She is lucky insofar as she caught Jack at a busy time and he can't dispose of her right now. In his absence, Nikki realizes her only hope of survival is to escape, but how is she supposed to accomplish that with her wrists and ankles tightly restrained by double loop zip ties, and completely naked? She has no idea; she knows only that she has to try.
