An off-duty ICE agent pulls Monica over and accuses her of being an illegal immigrant. Monica protests that she is no such thing, but the agent decides to arrest her anyway. He places her in handcuffs and makes her stand against her vehicle while he searches the cabin for contraband, or anything else he can use to bring charges against her. While he cannot see her, Monica decides to make a run for it, heading for the woods. Wearing heels, she cannot run very fast, and the ICE agent soon catches her. He places her in his vehicle and drives her away. Monica assumes she is being taken to some detention center, but that's not at all where she ends up. She is forced into what looks like the basement of a house. The cuffs are removed and she is ordered to strip. Monica is very reluctant to comply, but the agent is insistent, leaving her with no choice. Deeply embarrassed, Monica removes her dress and panties, and then has to suffer the humiliation of having the agent check her for hidden contraband. Satisfied that she does not have anything on her, the agent nevertheless chooses not to let her go, Instead, he handcuffs her to the ceiling, making her stand on the balls of her feet if she wants to take the strain off her wrists. He leaves her in this uncomfortable position, naked, embarrassed, humiliated, not knowing what will happen to her next. (Monica is cuffed for about 4 minutes, made to strip and then handcuffed naked for about 4 minutes).
