Sinn Sage calls at a remote house asking after he friend Jessica who did not arrive at her home as planned. She has found Jessica's car and has come to the nearest (the only) property for miles. The butler claims not to have seen the young woman in question, but invites the visitor inside to wait while he inquires of his master if he has seen anyone. Sinn is shown into the same room where Jessica waited, and within a minute the same fate befalls her - a gloved hand clamps over her mouth and a sepulchral voice orders her to be quiet, telling her "You should not have come here." He ties the terrified Sinn to a chair and gags her, leaving here there until she can be transported to the crypt to join her friend.
