Carissa has made the mistake of borrowing money and not paying it back. Dixie is not at all forgiving and decides that Carissa badly needs to learn a lesson. She ties the woman's hands behind her back and proceeds to secure her chest, thighs and ankles with rope. Next comes the hogtie, with Carissa mutely complaining through her gag at what she sees as unnecessary treatment. Dixie decides she will leave her victim tied up like this for quite some time, and then she will discuss how the outstanding debt is to be settled. Carissa had better spend the time coming up with a pretty good solution, or who knows what will happen to her.
