Candle is one school girl who just keeps on misbehaving and her mother (Dixie) has finally has enough. As an extreme form of punishment, because nothing else seems to work, she drive her daughter home from school with the girl bound and gagged on the back seat. At home, she removes Candle's gag and chastises the girl further, but Candle just keeps answering back so Dixie re-gags her and makes her hop all the way to the basement where she makes the girl lay in a pile of her own dirty laundry. Candle is left to struggle for a while until her mother returns. Candle's muffled abuses lead to Dixie placing a pair of Candle's panties over her head to add to her humiliation, before placing the girl across her knee to spank her. When Candle refuses to shut up, Dixie pulls back the duct tape covering the girl's mouth and stuffs the dirty panties inside, pressing the tape back in place afterwards. Now things are a lot quieter and Dixie can get on with her chores without listening to her daughter's complaints.
