Madison serves on a board of directors at her company, and she is about to cast the deciding vote on a decision that some board members do not want to see implemented. Of course, if she missed the meeting, and one other board member could be persuaded to change their vote, the whole thing could go in a different direction. Several members of the board decide to ensure that Madison does indeed miss the meeting, and arrange for someone to pay her a visit and prevent her coming into work. In fact, he needs to prevent her making a phone call or using a computer to cast her vote, which means she will have to be restrained for the entire day.
