Romana has been taken by a man who has designs on seeing her naked, but not in any conventional way. He has her in his basement, handcuffed to an overhead beam and with her legs tied together. After leaving her there for a while to acclimatize, he shows up with a pair of scissors in his hand and begins snipping away at her stockings.
