Rachel is happy to see her friend Dave drop by, and immediately starts talking about her garden, not really noticing that her visitor is circling around behind her. She does not see what he is doing until she feels a tiny prick on her arm. Rachel is surprised, asking what that was. Almost at once, she starts to feel strange. Within seconds, her resolve has weakened significantly and she becomes very susceptible to suggestion. Dave asks if he can put handcuffs on her and she says, "Yes," almost unaware of what she is saying. He adds shackles to her ankles then starts feeling her right thigh, asking Rachel if she minds him doing that. She answers, "No." Dave adds chains and padlocks to Rachel's body, securing her to the chair. Only when this task is complete does Rachel begin to realize that something odd has just happened. She pulls against her restraints, asking what is going on! For answer, Dave cleave gags her, the cloth having a knot which fits inside her mouth, rendering her almost inarticulate. Happy with his work, Dave makes his departure, leaving Rachel trapped and silence. The girls fights hard to free herself for a while, but in time she realizes that escape is impossible. She calms down and resigns herself to sitting there until someone finds her. It could be hours. It may even be days.
