Tina has been having an affair with her boss, unaware that the boss's wife (Lola) knows all about it. It is late in the day, the office is deserted except for the hard-working secretary. She is hardly prepared for the arrival of Lola who seems perfectly friendly at first. Abruptly, the situation changes when Lola grabs Tina and lays her on the office floor. She ties Tina's wrists and ankles before securing the secretary in a hogtie. Tina complains so Lola gags her before sitting back to admire her handiwork.
