After the disappearance of Mrs Steele (a thinly-veiled substitute for Mrs Peel), new agent Carissa is dispatched to arrest the criminal mastermind. She tries entering his house and surprising him in bed, but the arrest goes horribly wrong when he disarms her and ties her to the bed, keeping her prisoner while he decides what to do with her.
