Tilly has been snatched and held for hostage. Before her captor starts making demands for her safe return, he must first incapacitate her to prevent her escaping. He chooses to do this with duct tape, wrapping it first around her wrists and subsequently around her arms and body, her calves and her thighs. When she is quite secure, he decides to silence his prisoner by duct taping her mouth, then to finish things off and make really sure she doesn't go anywhere, he wraps duct tape around her head, blindfolding her with it. He then leaves the room, saying as he goes that he will not find out if anyone wants to pay out good money to get her back. Then Tilly is alone, perched on a stool and unable to see. She hardly dare move in case she loses her balance and falls onto the concrete floor. All she can do is wait.
